Laundry Wash & Fold Pickup Book a pickup

About us

One bag. One load. One price.

Laundry Wash & Fold Pickup started with a simple observation: the laundromats on Huntington Drive and Valley Boulevard are full every Saturday, and almost nobody in them wants to be there. So we built a service that takes the whole chore off your hands for less than the cost of a night out, without you ever needing to be home.

The bag is the whole system

Every laundry service has to answer one question: how do you charge fairly without weighing, counting, or arguing? Our answer is the standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag. Everyone has them. Everyone knows how full is full. One tied bag is one load, washed and dried on its own, and it costs $34.99 whether it holds towels or T-shirts. Two bags is about a week for one adult. There is nothing to weigh, nothing to estimate, and nothing to pay at the door.

What "washed on its own" means

Your bag goes into a machine by itself. Not with another household's laundry, not with the previous customer's socks, not sorted into a shared load by colour. It comes out, goes into a dryer by itself on medium heat, and gets folded on a clean table before it goes into fresh bags. We use fragrance-free detergent unless you ask for a scent booster or leave your own bottle on top of the bags. No stain treating, no hang-drying, no dry cleaning. We do the everyday load, and we do it exactly the same way every time.

Why there are no time windows

Most pickup services ask you to be home between two and four. We think that is the chore in a different outfit. You pick the day, any day, seven days a week. Bags go outside your door in the morning and stay in your care until we text that we are on the way. We text again with a photo when they are picked up, and a third time with a photo when the clean laundry is back at your door, within 24 hours of pickup. You can be at work, at the beach, or asleep.

How an order actually goes

  1. Tonight. You book in about a minute and pay online. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Amazon Pay, PayPal or Venmo.
  2. The day before pickup. An email with a two-minute checklist: tie the bags, empty the pockets, tell us the gate code if there is one.
  3. Pickup day. Bags outside your door. A text when we are on the way, a text with a photo when we have them.
  4. Within 24 hours. Washed, dried, folded, back at your door in fresh bags, with a photo. If you leave your own detergent, it comes back too.

What we promise, in numbers

What we will not do

Who it is for

Working parents who would rather have Saturday morning back. Nurses and shift workers at City of Hope, Huntington and Methodist who come home to a full hamper. Students at Caltech, PCC, Azusa Pacific and Citrus College. Anyone in an apartment without a washer in the unit. Seniors and caregivers. Gyms, salons and short-term rentals that go through towels every week. If laundry is the chore that never ends, it is for you.
