Laundry pickup and delivery in Pasadena
From the Bungalow Heaven cottages to the apartments off Colorado Boulevard and the student housing around Caltech and PCC, Pasadena is where we get the most requests for one thing: laundry that just handles itself. We pick up at your door anywhere in Pasadena, and we're in Altadena, San Marino and South Pasadena too.
How it works in Pasadena
- Book online. Enter your zip, pick any day of the week, enter how many bags, and pay once. Book today, we pick up tomorrow. We text you the day before and when we're on the way.
- Bag it up. Fill standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bags, tie them, and leave them outside your door. Contact-free, and we text you when we're on the way.
- We wash, dry and fold. Your bag is washed and dried on its own, never mixed with anyone else's, then folded.
- Back at your door. Within 24 hours of pickup, folded, with a photo text.
What it costs
- $34.99 per 13-gallon bag. About a week of one adult's laundry, roughly $5 a day.
- $14.99 pickup and delivery per order, not per bag. Free on your first order.
- Two bags to start. Your first order is $69.98, delivered.
- Free to change or cancel until 8 AM on pickup day, or within an hour of booking, right from your order page.
Pasadena neighborhoods we serve
Old Town and Playhouse Village apartments rarely have in-unit machines, and the shared laundry rooms in the Lake Avenue and Los Robles complexes fill up on weekends. Caltech and PCC students, Huntington Hospital staff, and families near the Rose Bowl all use us the same way: bags out on their pickup day, back folded within 24 hours.

Pasadena questions
Do you pick up from apartments in Old Pasadena and along South Lake Avenue?
Yes. Most of our Pasadena stops are apartments and condos. Leave the tied bags outside your unit door, and if the building has a gate or a call box, put the code in the order note when you book. We text when we are on the way.
I work at Huntington Hospital. Can scrubs go in with everything else?
Tie scrubs in their own bag and they are washed and dried separately from the rest of your laundry. Many Huntington Hospital staff put bags out before a shift and have them back folded the next day.
Can a Caltech, PCC or ArtCenter student use this?
Yes, and a parent can book and pay online from anywhere. Leave bags outside the apartment door or wherever your building allows deliveries. Two bags is the minimum, and the first delivery is free.
What we take
Everyday clothes, kids' clothes, sheets and pillowcases, normal amounts of towels, uniforms and scrubs. We don't take comforters or bulky bedding, bulk towel loads, or dry-clean-only items. Everything is machine washed and dried together on medium heat; we don't offer stain treating or hang-drying.
