Stripe bills the card on file each week or each month, your choice. Extra bags in a week go on the next invoice at your rate; skipped weeks are credited.
Questions businesses ask
The short answers
We have 40, 80, 200 bags a week. Can you handle it?
Yes. Book any quantity; the 20+ rate applies automatically and nothing is capped. From 50 bags a pickup we confirm machine time by email the same day and, if needed, split the run over two trips at no extra charge. For several hundred bags a week, email us and we set a dedicated schedule.
How are plans billed?
Both plans are weekly pickups. On the weekly plan Stripe charges the card on file each week; on the monthly plan it charges once a month for the month's pickups (52 weeks divided by 12, so 4.33 pickups a month on average, which is why the monthly rate per bag is lower). You get an invoice by email each time and can update the card, see invoices or cancel from the link in your confirmation email. There is no contract.
What if we need more or fewer bags one week?
More: leave them out and tell us, they go on your next invoice at your plan rate. Fewer, or skipping a week: tap Skip on your plan page (linked in every email) and that pickup is credited on your next invoice.
Are our linens washed with anyone else's?
No. Each bag is its own load, washed and dried on its own, never mixed with another account or with home laundry. Capes, scrubs and towels can each go in their own bags if you want them kept apart.
Detergent, temperature, folding?
Fragrance-free detergent by default (say so in the notes if you want scent), warm wash, full dry on medium heat, folded and stacked by type. We do not iron, hang-dry or stain-treat, and we do not take comforters, rugs, or anything with grease or hazardous soil.
Do you provide a W-9 or monthly statements?
Yes, email us and we send both. Every payment also has a Stripe receipt and invoice for your books.
