Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to book a pickup, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we do

• Every control on the site can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
• Form fields have labels, error messages are spoken by screen readers, and the booking ticket updates are announced.
• Text and background colours meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast. Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content.
• Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
• The site works on phones, tablets, and desktops, in portrait and landscape.

The service itself

The whole service is contact-free at your door. If steps, a gate, or a building entrance make the usual drop spot hard for you, tell us in the booking notes and we will work out a spot that suits you.
