How it works in Arcadia
- Book online. Enter your zip, pick any day of the week, enter how many bags, and pay once. Book today, we pick up tomorrow. We text you the day before and when we're on the way.
- Bag it up. Fill standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bags, tie them, and leave them outside your door. Contact-free, and we text you when we're on the way.
- We wash, dry and fold. Your bag is washed and dried on its own, never mixed with anyone else's, then folded.
- Back at your door. Within 24 hours of pickup, folded, with a photo text.

Arcadia questions
Do you pick up from the larger homes in the Arcadia Highlands?
Yes. Leave the bags by the front door or just inside the gate, and put a gate code or any directions in the order note. Big households often put out three or four bags; delivery is charged once per order, not per bag.
I work at USC Arcadia Hospital. Can I book around my shifts?
Pick any day of the week, including weekends. Put bags out before you leave, tie scrubs in their own bag if you want them washed separately, and everything comes back folded within 24 hours of pickup.
Do you serve the apartments near Westfield Santa Anita and Huntington Drive?
Yes. Leave the bags outside your unit door. If the building needs a code or a call box number, add it to the order note so we can reach your door.
What we take
Everyday clothes, kids' clothes, sheets and pillowcases, normal amounts of towels, uniforms and scrubs. We don't take comforters or bulky bedding, bulk towel loads, or dry-clean-only items. Everything is machine washed and dried together on medium heat; we don't offer stain treating or hang-drying.
