Reply to your confirmation email, or write to contact@laundrywashandfoldpickup.com with your order number. Changing or cancelling is free until 8 PM the night before.

Not sure how many bags, or whether we reach your street? Email contact@laundrywashandfoldpickup.com or check your zip on the home page.
Business accounts
Gyms, salons, clinics, short-term rentals and offices: ask for a weekly quote. We reply within one business day.
Gifts
Gift codes, expiry questions, or a code that did not arrive: forward the receipt to contact@laundrywashandfoldpickup.com.
On pickup day
We text when we're on the way, at pickup, and at drop-off. Reply to any of those texts and it reaches the driver.
Laundry Wash & Fold Pickup serves the San Gabriel Valley, California. We do not have a walk-in location; everything is picked up and delivered at your door.
