You get a photo by email at pickup and again at drop-off, and the clean laundry comes back to the same spot. Apartments: leave a gate code in the notes or use the leasing office.

Never. Every order is washed, dried and folded on its own.

Machine washed and dried together on medium heat with fragrance-free detergent. Want a light scent? Pick Scent booster when you book, $1 per bag, charged with your order. Prefer your own detergent? Pick "I'll provide mine" and leave it on top of the bags. We don't stain-treat, hand-wash, or hang-dry.

Any day of the week, including Sunday. Book today and we pick up tomorrow. Your laundry is back within 24 hours of pickup. We email you the day before and text when we're on the way, so there's no time slot to watch.

$34.99 per standard 13-gallon kitchen bag, washed, dried and folded, plus $14.99 pickup and delivery once per order. Two-bag minimum, no maximum. Delivery is free on your first order, so a first two-bag order is $69.98, and free again on your second order if you book it within 14 days of the first delivery. Everything is paid online when you book.

Any standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag, tied at the top. An overfilled or larger bag counts as two. We bring your clean laundry back in fresh bags, so keep yours for next time.

Comforters, duvets, pillows, rugs, curtains, pet beds, dry-clean-only pieces, silk, leather, wool, and anything with grease, paint or hazardous soil. Bulk linens for businesses go through weekly commercial accounts.

Tick "Make this weekly" and we hold your day every week. Two days before each pickup we email you; one tap confirms and pays for that week with the same bags (change the count before you pay if you like). One tap skips a week, no charge, and one tap stops the series. Nothing is ever charged without your tap.

The same way as any order. Two days before each pickup we email a secure payment link for that week; you can change the bag count before you pay, so the amount always matches what you leave out. No card is stored on our site. One tap in the same email skips a week or stops the series.

Reply to your confirmation email. Changing or cancelling is free until 8 AM on pickup day, and always for the first hour after you book. After that, a cancellation keeps only the delivery fee you paid ($14.99, or nothing if your delivery was free). Booked the wrong number of bags? Leave what you have and tell us the new count; we send a link for the difference or refund it.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right: a free re-wash, or a refund of what you paid for that bag. That refund is the most we ever pay on a claim. Everything you send is used and washed as one bag load without inspection, so we cannot know an item's age, condition, or value, and we do not pay item value, replacement, or repair. Single missing items and socks are not covered. If something is delicate or matters more to you than the bag price, keep it home. Full details are in our Protection policy.

Pick how many bags, enter the recipient's name and email, and pay. They get a code by email with a button that fills it into the booking form. The code covers the bags and delivery, is good for 6 months, and works once. They can add bags or scent booster and pay only the difference.

Your friend types your mobile number (the one you booked with) in the "Referred by a friend?" box when they book. They get free delivery on that first order like everyone does. The day after their laundry is delivered, you get a one-time $14.99 code by email for your next order. No limit on how many friends.

Yes. Gyms, salons, clinics, short-term rentals and offices get a per-bag rate with pickup and delivery included on a fixed weekly day. Ask for a quote on the business page.
